Three Ingredient Oven Roasted Carrots

Here is an awesome recipe for those carrots that should be ready to eat if you planted them in your garden late last year!
Oven roasted carrots with butter and Uncle Steve’s Sweet Dessert Shake— ONLY 3 ingredients!!
Ingredients
1lb carrots, peeled and chopped/sliced into uniform size
4 ounces butter
Uncle Steve’s Sweet Dessert Shake
Directions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Peel and chop/slice your carrots.  I prefer them to be about the size of the mini carrots available in the grocery store, but I used fresh from the garden home grown carrots! Place in an oven safe dish.  Divide butter into several slices, sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon of shake, slice butter and  lay on top of carrots..  Cover and roast for 30 to 45 minutes, stirring two or three times to coat carrots and test for doneness.  They are done when they are fork tender.  Remove from oven, add shake to taste and serve!
