Events:

• Rodeo Austin: March 10th-25th – Since 1938, Rodeo Austin has expanded from a stock show featuring 16 animals to one of Austin’s premier events. As a nonprofit, their mission is to nurture the next generation while providing gritty fun and entertainment.
• Houston Jewish Film Festival: March 18th-30th – New promising, entertaining and exceptional award-winning films are featured in this annual festival, which brings Jewish lives and stories to the big screen. Venues span across town. The Festival, now in its 19th year, shines the spotlight on Jewish and, in addition, Israeli culture, art, and history.
• South Texas State Fair: March 23rd – April 2nd – The YMBL South Texas State Fair & Rodeo brings thousands of visitors to Beaumont each spring with food, entertainment, and, of course, carnival rides.
• Montgomery County Fair and Rodeo: March 23rd-April 2nd – Conroe – A Texas Tradition that has been supporting Youth and Education since 1957. For example, there will be family-friendly events like Pig Races, Kid’s Tractor Pull and a Petting Zoo.
• Alvin Music Festival and Cook-off: March 24th-25th – For almost 10 years people from all over Brazoria County and surrounding areas have gathered to experience a weekend of family fun with good music and an IBCA sanctioned cook-off. Most importantly, the proceeds from this event go to funding scholarships for area students.
• Bayou City Art Festival: March 24th-26th – Houston – Houston’s iconic art festival showcasing the works of 300 artists in 19 different categories at Bayou City Art Festival Memorial Park.
