June 10th to June 16th – Great Texas Balloon Race in Longview: The Great Texas Balloon Race is a hot air balloon festival. It happens each summer. June 20th- June 23rd – Oak Cliff Film Festival in Dallas: The Oak Cliff Film Festival has established itself as a significant city-wide event.
