The Fort Bend County Fair is THREE WEEKS AWAY!  If you are having problems with your projects and need to push or hold, don’t hesitate, get it done now.

Also, make sure the hides on your steers, lambs and goats are in top shape before you clip them. Keep the hair, wool and hide hydrated before you clip to prevent flaking after you clip. Revive is a wonderful product to use on your animals as part of your daily grooming.

We have other products as well to use on your livestock, including shampoos and conditioners.  If you are experiencing any type of fungal issues…NOW is the time to get started on getting that taken care of. Fungal issues generally take several weeks to clear once treatment is started.

Make sure you have enough grooming products, supplements, feed and hay to get you through the next few weeks. Some of these products can be hard to keep in stock in the last few weeks leading up to fair time.

One of the worst things that can happen is for you to run out of feed or supplements and have to make a change at the very end.  Running short of a certain product but don’t need then entire 30 pound bucket? See if you can split it with a friend.

Many of these supplements can also be kept in a climate controlled environment. For example, the laundry room at home for use at majors if you are going to have an animal for majors.
