Texas Ag-Timber Exemptions for Students: If you have a student that is going to be showing at any of the upcoming fairs, please remember that FFA and 4-H students qualify for an Ag Timber Number in the state of Texas.

This number makes all of your student’s taxable items they need for their projects, TAX EXEMPT!  These numbers add up quickly and can easily reach $100 or more throughout the length of the project between buckets, brushes, hoses, shavings, feed supplements and more.

If you don’t have your Ag Timber number, get yours today by visiting  Agricultural and Timber Exemptions (texas.gov)  It only takes a few minute and current Ag Timber numbers don’t expire until December 31, 2023.

Simply bring us your form when you get it, and we can put you in our computer.  Each time you come in you will just need to tell us “I am in your computer and I have an Ag Timber number.”   We can also print out your receipts for you at the end of your project or the end of the year.  It’s a service we are happy to provide.  All you have to do is ask!
