National Hamburger Day: Today is National Hamburger Day! Hamburgers are one of the most popular and versatile meals out there and is truly an American staple food.

You can choose to make your own and top it with a wide variety of options. Some of my favorite Hamburger toppings include avocado, fried egg and even sauteed mushrooms. 

Aside from making your own you can travel to my favorite hamburger place, Whataburger, and enjoy a true Texas Staple. I personally love the Patty Melt, but there are so many amazing options to choose from.

Some interesting facts about Whataburger include that the fast-food chain is over 70 years old and was recently voted the best burger in American. Aside from that, the orange and white stripes were inspired by air travel, so the buildings can be seen from up in the air. In conclusion, Whataburger is an amazing fast-food chain and with almost 37,000 ways to customize your burger, you can make it your way.
