National Guacamole Day Recipe

National Guacamole Day RecipeNational Guacamole Day Recipe: Today is a cool national day, as it is National Guacamole Day. Guacamole is such an amazing side dish that can made quite easily at home because all you need is some avocado, tomato, onion, lime, and seasonings. You can add different spices or flavors to your guacamole to make it your own, but if you don’t feel like making it – you can head to HEB or your favorite local TexMex restaurant to get your daily helping of guacamole.

I think my favorite part about eating guacamole is that you can put it on so many things, like sandwiches, salad, hamburgers or even just as a side or dip.

I found a great recipe for guacamole that I personally love!

  • In a large bowl place the scooped avocado pulp and lime juice, toss to coat.
  • Drain, and reserve the lime juice, after all of the avocados have been coated.
