If you need a veterinarian, I highly recommend you give Dr. Sanchez a call at 281-710-4268. Without further adieu, here is Dr. Sanchez’s first contribution.
“Puppies and kittens, like children, need vaccinations to prevent diseases. The recommendation is generally to start vaccinations between 6 and 8 weeks on puppies and 8 weeks on kittens. Boosters are also required, normally at three-week intervals. For a puppy or kitten to get the best protection from viruses, booster vaccinations are critical to the immune system’s response. Preventing disease is always less expensive than treating the disease.” Dr. Manuel Sanchez, DVM.
