Firewood Available: Last winter, during the winter storms, we had TONS of customers coming in and asking if we sold firewood. We had a small supply but quickly sold out. Not this year!

We have aged oak and are now offering pecan! Sadly, one of our beautiful GIANT pecan trees fell right into the middle of our cattle pens during a storm several months ago, so we decided to NOT let that beautiful wood go to waste.

Jay manned the chain saw to cut it into approximately 20 inch sticks, and I manned the log splitter.  There truly is something strangely satisfying about splitting wood. It is a mundane task, but you can’t lose your concentration or you could lose a finger, hand or worse.  This tree was HUGE, probably over 40 feet tall, and it made a TON of wood. This wood would be great for your fireplace or your bbq pit, or soak it and use it in your smoker!
