Delicious Pasta Salad Recipe
Delicious Pasta Salad Recipe time! One of the most refreshing things you can eat during the summer is a delicious pasta salad. One of the best things about pasta salad is that you can pretty much make it whatever you want. It is a refreshing and easy meal that requires pretty much no cooking, which is always a plus – especially for the long days where you come home and don’t want to cook.
Ingredients:
- 1)16 oz Box of Pasta of Choice(I prefer Rotini, Penne, or Bow Ties
- 2 Zucchini – Quartered and then sliced
- 1)10 oz Container of Cherry tomatoes(You can half them if you’d like)
- 1)6 oz Container of Feta Cheese(I use Athenos Tomato and Basil)
- 1)Red Onion Diced or Sliced
- 1)Can of Garbanzo bean(Pealed)
- ½ Bushel of Italian Parsley Finely chopped
- ½ Bottle of Balsamic Vinaigrette(I used a 16oz Kraft)
- 3 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoon of Minced Garlic
- 3 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
Directions:
- Cook pasta until tender, rinse and let cook
- Mix all ingredients in bowl
- For best results, let sit for at least 2 hours
