Crock Pot Chicken Spaghetti Recipe
Crock Pot Chicken Spaghetti Recipe: Since fall is here, that also means that it is time to bring out the crock pot. A crockpot is so versatile and can be used for numerous different things between noodles, soups, roasts, and the list can go on and on. This recipe was absolutely delicious and was very easy to make.
Ingredients:
- 1 can cream of mushroom
- 1 can cream of chicken
- 1 can rotel
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- 3 chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
- salt and pepper to taste, can also add jalapenos and/or bell peppers
- 4 ounces cream cheese, cubed
- 3 cups cheese(cheddar, monterrey jack, gouda or mozzarella)
- 16 oz spaghetti noodles
Instructions:
- Add soups and rotel to crock pot, place chicken breasts on top, add italian seasoning, salt and pepper, garlic
- Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or low for 5 to 6.
- Remove chicken breasts, shred, add back to crock pot, and stir in cheeses. Turn crock pot off.
- Cook spaghetti in boiling water while cheese is melting.
- Drain the spaghetti, then stir into crock pot and serve.
