While the Fort Bend County fair may be over, we have another county fair right down the road from us that is getting ready to start up, The Brazoria County Fair starts this Friday, October 15th!

Located in Angleton, the Brazoria County fair has something for everyone!   Carnival, tricycle races, chicken bingo, a queens contest, rodeo, livestock show and so much more.  Go cheer on the kids in the calf scramble, where students can get a chance to win a certificate to buy a heifer to raise and show at next year’s fair.  Visit the live auction where fair exhibitors auction off their livestock projects to earn money to buy next year’s project or start or add to their scholarship fund.  Visit the ag mechanics exhibit and possibly buy your own handcrafted project during the auction next Saturday.
