I’ve been sharing updates on our daughter Alex on this blog. Here is the latest Alex update. Today is the first day of vet school for my daughter at Mississippi State University!

I am so excited for her and Jared for the move they made last month, and their future! I went with them when they moved and it was an adventure, to say the least.

The class schedule is BRUTAL.  She will be in class Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, and about half a day on Wednesday.  She has worked SO hard for this, and I am so proud of her for sticking with it.

She will be taking over the blog posts and most of our social media for Arcola Feed starting next month.  She doesn’t have time for a traditional job, but she can do this! She is actually looking forward to it, and so am I!  She will continue with the #howdoesyourgardengrow posts, and add some more recipes of her own and I am sure she will post about her adventures out of state, too.
